The room was extremely spacious and had central heating, an electronic key card, and TV. Free Wi-Fi was good. - the service was nice. - the location was marvelous and unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from Colas South-West.

It's really close to the airport, great if you have an early flight. Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was great, and available from 5AM. The inside was all freshly decorated.

The outside looked so old fashioned that I thought I was at the wrong place! But inside it's good.

We arrived just before 11pm but the staff were still very attentive.The room was clean and reasonably comfortable.Breakfast was included in the price and both the breakfast and the waiting staff were excellant.

The staff were very supportive and check-in was early. It was in a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and brasseries.

Friendly staff. They did not have the junior suite we booked available, but they put us in two adjointed rooms, and even though it's not what we booked, it was good.

The pillows were low and square-shaped, not like regular pillows. Very unconfortable. Also, the breakfast was very basic - croissants, ham, cheese, basic yogurt varieties, apple and orange juice and milk, but it was included in the price of the room.

Satisfactory breakfast with fresh food and freshly pressed orange juice. Great and absolutely perfect location close to the nearest brasserie. 3. Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Colas South-West. 4. Nearby bus stop for easy access to central Bordeaux.

Paucity of airport shuttle services at the weekend. The furnishing of the bedroom was poorly designed - no drawers & no writing surfaces.
